How Can I Group Order?
Group orders are super easy. Group discounts will automatically be applied depending on the number of IDs in the cart.
How Long Does The Process Take?
IDs will be printed within 3-5 days of order being placed.
With free shipping, it will take 15-21 days after ordering. With our $30 paid shipping option, it will take 7-13 days. With our $50 shipping option, shipping takes 4-10 days.
What Kind of Photo Should I Upload?
1) High Quality Photo
2) White or Light Background
3) No Shadows on Face
4) NO PASSPORT PHOTOS
5) Selfies Not Advised
Do You Guys Have a Reseller Discount?
Yes, we offer 10-20% off orders for resellers depending on amount of ids they've bought. You must buy 10+ IDs before being considered for a resellers discount. At which point, you can contact us for the discount code.
Can I ship to college mail room?
Yes, don't stress, legally they can not search your mail, nor would they have any way of knowing it is IDs inside.
How Can I Become a Reseller?
You must have at least one past order with over 10 IDs to be eligible for reseller status and discounts. Please reach out to @kivax on telegram if you weant to become a reseller.
Can I Edit My Order After I Submitted?
Sorry, it can't be modified after submitting. If there are some mistakes, please contact support.
What Will My Package Look Like?
The package will be black or silver with IDs hidden within a separate item.
Larger orders may result in multiple packages.
Do your ID’s have Holograms?
Yes, each ID has a different hologram, which you can see on our website.
I Need Within a Certain Time Frame. Can You Do that?
It always depends on our queue in line, we can never guarantee how long it will take, so if you need something fast, you’re going to have to pay rush production and express shipping. Rush production is not a guarantee stating you will get it by the date you need.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes, we require email at checkout, and you will receive order updates including tracking number via email.
